“Be aware”

Beware of the hidden charges that they charge you not telling you upfront about these charges. Water is not complementary. You will pay for your water use every every day. Cleanliness is not good. Did not change the bedsheets. All the time did not put top sheets or new blankets, cockroaches, and bugs as well as black mold in the bathroom.

“They are disregarding the reservations too much.”

If there’s a fire or another problem at the hotel, they should resolve it quickly instead of pretending it’s not their problem. It’s supposed to be a four-star hotel, but they put me up one night at a place that wasn’t even worth half the price and told me to stay the remaining three nights at a lower-rated hotel — and that I should take a taxi there myself. Also, at the first hotel I paid R$141.75 in cash. I had prepaid and then had to pay again — what is this?
