“Convenient stay, uneven service”

The location is convenient and easy to get around on food, and I slept well during my stay. Hot water, the available amenities and housekeeping were all positive. However, cleanliness was on the average, and the staff experience was the main drawback. Facilities were adequate overall, but the stay felt mixed for the value..

“Good location and clean housekeeping, but tiny rooms and very rude service”

I can only give this hotel 2 stars due to serious issues with service and value. On the positive side, the location is quite good, and the housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping the room spotless every single day. However, the front desk service was terrible. The staff member who handled our check-in—who appeared to be the owner—was exceptionally rude, cold, and dismissive. On top of that, the room was far too tiny for what we paid, making it very poor value for money. Given the awful customer service and cramped space, I would not choose to stay here again.

“Nice Hotel and Location”

The hotel is located close to metro stations of both blue and red lanes; both are within a 10-minute walk. The hotel is clean and staff are friendly.
