“Cockroaches”

Liked: Good location and breakfast

Disliked: Cockroaches. Everywhere in my room for the whole duration of my stay. This spoils any advantages of the hotel that it of course has.

“Refurb required”

Liked: Hotel location

Disliked: Cleaning was some good and some bad. Sound insulation was extremely poor. You could hear every sound from neighbouring rooms. Hotel is desperate for a refurb. Breakfast was okay. A knock for booking.com as room was advertised for over £20 cheaper than I paid a few days before.

“Peaceful and Comfortable Hotel”

Liked: The room was spacious and very clean. Free breakfast and bottled water was provided each day. All of the staff were very friendly and the front desk staff arranged several tours for me.

Disliked: Everything was perfect. It should be noted that there is a steep walk up to the hotel and then to the rooms which would not be suitable for those with mobility issues.

“Overall, the room was in terrible condition and definitely not worth the price. A very disappointing experience.”

Liked: Nothing

Disliked: The room was absolutely filthy and extremely small. Everything was dirty and sticky, and there were cockroaches running around the room. The air conditioner and refrigerator were also extremely loud, which made it very difficult to sleep. During my stay, money also went missing from my bag. I cannot explain how this happened, and it made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. Combined with the poor cleanliness, cockroaches, excessive noise from the air conditioner and refrigerator, and the extremely small size of the room, this was a very disappointing experience.

“Great, good lift for heavy bags and very close to airport”

Liked: Clean room and facilities with a proper hood working modern lift great for heavy bags!! Filtered water would have been nice to save on bottled water and plastic. It’s one stop on the bus to airport and very quick like ten mus a way and right next the beach shops and cafes. Had a balcony too.

“Very good”

Liked: It's near airport, buses to Pallma are just near by, long and wide beach. Very nice staff

Disliked: Hotel is a bit old and because of that a bit overpriced, but it's ok for few days.
