Liked: The beds were very comfortable and the hotel was extremely peaceful.
Disliked: The hot tubs were very dirty (dead bird + human oils). The staff were uninviting, not hospitable at all. The chef at breakfast was miserable, we clearly explained our dietary requirements to him, he huffed and puffed. The result, he came back with everything contradicted! Despite being the only guests there at the time. The location was a lie, on booking.com it stated it being in the town but was a 40min walk when we checked on Google upon arrival and not being able to find it.
Reserve por la plataforma AGODA, pague la tarifa por la plataforma y decía con tasas y adicionales incluidos. Llegue con la factura con el pago y esa descripción y aun así me hicieron pagar el IVA. Puse reclamación por la plataforma porque me respondieron inmediatamente por chat que no debían cobrarme nada, y aun así me cobraron. Casi no me dan un recibo por el IVA cobrado para adjuntarlo a la reclamación y me cobraron 29.000 y el recibo llego por 25.000. Me sentí estafado, así sea poco dinero. Ya quedo a la espera de que AGODA actúe. Espero los sancionen para que no lo vuelvan hacer con otras personas.
Liked: Loved the Jacuzzi. Loved the freshly made breakfast on the rooftop balcony every morning. The fresh juices were a bonus. The morning "Milo" Hot chocolate was a delight. Loved the morning vibes and the greenery surrounding the property. Enjoyed having coffee with mountain views.
Disliked: The last path to the hotel is a little rocky.
Liked: Staff were amazing! Beds were really comfortable and bathroom was great! The best bit was definitely the jacuzzis on the top floor which had a great view. Breakfast was decent and the hot chocolate was great!
Disliked: When booking the property, the address is different to what is stated on booking.com and is about a 20 minute walk from the town of Guatape. They advertised that they had a restaurant which wasn’t open when we arrived - when we asked the next day they seemed to only do one type of food. It’s very easy to order things to the hotel so this wasn’t a big problem!
Liked: The location is a bit far from the center but so beautiful and perfect to relax! The beds were very comfy and the room was very clean. Breakfast was nice!
Disliked: The jacuzzi wasn't working during our stay
Liked: It was clean, comfortable beds and the jacuzzi on the rooftop is great.
Disliked: The bathroom smelled like sewage, a lot of noise in the morning cause the doors are super loud. When you ask to use the jacuzzi, the guy says 30 min but be prepared to wait at least 1h30 for it to be ready.
