“Not a good stay for couple”

The next day we moved to a super deluxe room with breakfast included. The room was a mess: the TV remote was broken, the AC was super noisy, and rain kept hitting the AC unit outside making a racket. At least this room had a fridge, unlike the last one. The staff was awful and really slow. Your stuff is safe there, but the place might feel a bit uncomfortable for girls at night because of the loud bar music downstairs. The breakfast was terrible. None of the rooms had towels or dental kits. The phone line was cut, and even when they finally picked up, service took forever—we waited 40 minutes just for water. Between the broken AC, kettle, remote, and fridge, there are just too many issues. Honestly, the only reason this hotel is still running is the location.

The location is the only good thing about this hotel. The staff is average and takes forever to help. We paid 500 for an early check-in, which was fair, but the service is terrible. There weren't any towels in the rooms. The room was okay, but the TV didn't have a box. Also, all the other deluxe rooms had fridges, but ours didn't, so we just dealt with it. The bar plays loud music at night that reaches the rooms, which is annoying and feels a bit unsafe.

“Stay at Blue heaven”

Very good staff and good room with better location. Food is not so good in the restaurant so only have food when you have less time. We stayed only for Transit purpose for few hours. Hence it was value for money.
