“Pity it was spoilt by bad management and account team action.”

Liked: Clean, nice rooms

Disliked: I was charged 1100GBP twice on my credit card, once as a pending transaction and the second time the actual cost of the room which meant my credit card limit was eaten up. I complained three times over three days and nothing was done. I dealt with the manager twice and all I heard were excuses about contacting the accounts department but no refund to my card. I checked out today and the money is still pending and still tying up my limit. I told the manager Nivi that I would be entering a negative review and they didn’t care. As everyone reads reviews and makes decisions on what hotel to choose, I would suggest a different hotel as the same issue might hit you with little interest from the management team.

“Very good”

Liked: Fabulous room, spacious and well appointed

Disliked: Reception staff at check-in were poor, 3 of them and not one acknowledged me when I was waiting. After checking into my room, a staff member barged into it as I was undressing. Was very apologetic, but should never have entered.
