“Nice stay, clean, short walk to most places!”

Liked: Location is great! Rooms are fine but felt a bit small. Super nice and helpful staff!

Disliked: Buffet was dry - scrambled eggs are over cooked. I was choking on them. Sorry.

“Best stay by the Lake Garda!”

Room absolutely lovely, hotel top tier, lovely terrace at the top to sunbathe, breakfast out of this world and the staff the loveliest! Reception ladies were incredibly helpful and catering ladies during breakfast were the sweetest and most attentive! Will be coming back! Location right next to the lake, walkable everywhere and the hotel has some good recommendations for places to go to as well!:) incredible stay

“It’s an ok stay for a family traveling with kids but it is an older property that could use some work”

Liked: Family room had bunkbed for kids so good sleeping arrangement for a family of 4 Breakfast buffet

Disliked: The AC doesn’t actually work. It’s just a fan blowing air that is room temperature Shower is tiny - smaller than a cruise shower Parking is not “included” you have to pay a discounted rate at a nearby parking lot

“Will stay here again just for the staff”

Liked: Super friendly staff and always very helpful. The location is also very convenient and close to all the attractions. Child crib had a proper mattress which is rare and was much appreciated!

Disliked: As a stomach sleeper, I struggled with the big hard pillows (upon asking they only had the one type of pillow, no variety). The breakfast spread could've been a bit better (it seems some of the nicer foods were only brought out for the weekend?).
