“This hotel needs to improve in pool maintenance”
Liked: This hotel has nice old trees, the garden in front is well kept. The room is large.
Disliked: The pool was oily dirty on Friday. Cleaning started when I arrived. Lots of old leaves too. Chemicals were left in overnight. Still no pool use before 11 am. Breakfast: Eggs too dry. Little choice, not vegetarian. My room had no garden view. Glass door to the backside, no mosquito netting. Old furniture and garden appliances kept in a heap. Not orderly, not safe. The room has cheap furniture, not comfortable. Mold in the bathroom. No chair or stool for clothes.

“Fantastic, relax stay in beautifull environment”
Liked: Very friendly staff, great breakfast with everyday variation. Nice for families, good and safe hiking possibilities. Quite area, nice pool and garden. Very spacious appartment. Staff is very helpful

“Great place and value”
Liked: Great place, clean, comfortable and close to downtown.
Disliked: Everything was great, but if I could suggest something, be on time with breakfast. We were told it started at 9:00 it was well passed 9 and there were just taking the food out.

“Not worth the money. Could be a nice property, however the staff is fully disengaged.”
Liked: Room was spacious and clean.
Disliked: We wont come back. Staff was not ready for guests. No toilet paper on the room, coffee on the room not filled up. Nothing was opened - Jacuzzi, sauna, pool. After asking, they at least opened up the pool (dirty). Breakfast is only at 9.30. When we asked if we could have some sandwich and at least coffee earlier at 8, night staff said yes. Breakfast morning staff did not even bother switching on the coffee machine for us. Very poor.

“Excellent”
Liked: Nice at quiet
Disliked: Took extra time to check in even though we came to the hotel just before 16:00 as agreed. Breakfast was also late as it took some time to get everything ready.

“Lovely hotel with nature right outside the door”
Liked: Beautiful hotel, right on the edge of a mountain where they were trails you could hike up. Incredibly comfortable beds and fluffy pillows. Room was very large with a beautiful view of nature and the sound of insects outside the window. Good breakfast.

“dissapointing”
Liked: the pool that I didnt use but look sort of fine the pool that I did not use but sort of look fine
Disliked: except señora Mine all the staff was useless, they dont respond to any phonecall, they take long on replying or coming to the room for anything we asked for, cleaners have the rugs disgusting, cleaners do not refill soaps, shampoo, body cream pots. The mini split and heater did not work. The coffee in a breakfast buffet took ages both days. they must advice that it's dangerous to walk around evening time, the the road is so lonely and dark.
