Few TV channels, remote control broken, need to go to the receptionist first for a toothbrush, air conditioning not felt, water heater not working, there are cockroaches, noisy neighbors until dawn, the staff are not very friendly.

“dirty and smelly”

The room we were given was full with putrid smell. Luckily we were there only to put our luggage for 4 hours before we went to airport. we did not stay in our room much during these hours as we did a final shopping but when we got back, turned out there was a rat died under the bed. My husband almost vomit seeing it and we checked out immediately. I will never stay at cheap hotel even again.
