“Highly recommend this place for your Urabamba base.”
Liked: I enjoyed the customer service the most in this place. They were responsive to my needs and communicated efficiently the entire time. The room layout was fairly simple and had all the essentials you need: functional bathroom, plugs near the bed, a television and plenty space for luggage.

“You won't be disappointed”
Liked: Wow! Beautiful property. Wonderful staff. They were very attentive. The pictures on Booking.com don't do it any justice. The room was beautiful, very comfortable and had incredible views. I wish you would take pictures of the room itself. Maybe next time because there definitely will be a next time

“My 2 night stay in Hotel California”
Liked: Very modern, great location, no street noise, great views on 8th floor where the good, varied buffet breakfast was served, good heavy blankets, very large, nice and furnished lobby floor, good location near great bakery, Chinese restaurant, other restaurants and markets. Overall great place including the price at about $26 USD per night.
Disliked: Booking and the Hotel advertised that I would get a view from my room. I did not. And yet the views were amazing from other rooms. Tallest building in town.

“Super lindo y conveniente”
Liked: Nos pareció un gran lugar para Urubamba, ubicados super cerca de donde teníamos que ir! Ruth se encargó de ayudarnos al momento de llegar y fue súper fácil, cómodo y memorable. Nos encantó y sin duda alguna nuestro to go para Urubamba de ahora en adelante

“Nightclub in the hotel”
There’s a nightclub directly underneath the hotel that plays extremely loud music until 6 AM. The walls have no insulation whatsoever. It was impossible to sleep even for a minute. Ruined our Machu Picchu day. The staff is pretty surly and they do not speak any English.

“Exceptional”
Liked: This hotel is awesome! It's clean, in the perfect location and they have hot water! The staff is incredibly friendly and accomodating. If you are traveling to Urubamba for a quick trip or easy night in the city, it's the perfect place to stay!

“Incredible stay in the sacred valley”
Liked: I love this Hotel. The rooms were absolutely huge. I was upgraded because of the noise on the first night and had no problems at all after that. Jacuzzi’s in every room. Made service every day. They prepared a vegan breakfast for me. The hotel isn’t an excellent location, there’s an adorable dog there, there’s a tea station in the lobby, I seriously loved every single thing about this place.
