“좋은 호텔”
주차장이 없어서 인근 유료 주차장을 사용해야함. 아침 조식이 뷔페가 아님. 이 두개를 제외하고는 호텔도 예쁘고 직원도 친절하고 만족스럽습니다.

“Excellent option”
Liked: Almost everything, in particular style, location and cleanliness
Disliked: Room was Beautiful and the bed/bathroom fantastic but the layout was not the best if you have a lot of luggage. Restaurant menu has a bit if everything and generally good quality so it s convenient but lacks a bit of identity

“Great location, spacious and well appointed room.”
Liked: Location, room was light and well designed. Rooftop area and plunge pool was very nice although small. Good soundproofing.
Disliked: Hard to control temperature in room. It was often chilly. Too many plastic bottles used. Piped music on a loop at the pool got a bit tedious. Quality of bathroom products could be improved for a 5* hotel. Didn’t use the spa or gym so can’t comment.

“One of our family’s favourite hotel and city that we have stayed!”
Liked: Fabulous hotel and service! We loved everything about Hotel Cappuccino. The service was incredible. Everyone working here focused on making sure we were comfortable. Front desk staff, Joy, Adele, and JC were kind and informative. The restaurant staff, David and Laura were attentive and professional. The decor was beautiful. The beds were comfy, rooms were big and bathroom was impeccable and clean!

“Very good”
Liked: The ambience of the Hotel and the room size and style - very chic. The staff were very friendly and helpful on checkin and if questions raised.
Disliked: The air-conditioning system inn our room was dysfunctional and a new system installed asap for the price of the room - very disappointing - it made such an awful noise all night (and the windows were closed) I tried to turn it off completely, and endure the hot evening, but the system would not allow me to do so. Both my daughter and i had to sleep with anti-noise headphones, which still did not work. Very uncomfortable and I am amazed that another guest has complained prior to us.
