“No compren con agoda”
Al llegar al hotel el operador no pagó los impuestos de la reserva a pesar de habérmelos cobrado es decir me robaron. El hotel se negó en darme la habitación a pesar de haberla pagado. Traté de comunicarme con el operador para hacer el pago correspondiente pero no fu e posible. Me siento estafado. No compren a través de AGODA. Con certeza los robaran

“Bueno para el precio”
Los tragos y cocteles son bastante malos, no pudimos disfrutar de ninguno decente. La habitación espaciosa y cómoda al igual que los servicios de limpieza La alimentación variada, es un único buffet restaurant y bastante decente Ubicación buena a minutos en Uber de la ciudad murallada y sector bastante corporativo Tuvimos una pérdida de una bolsa de souvenirs que descuidamos en área común y no pudimos recuperar, y el proceso de cámaras/rastreo no nos dejó conformes

“Worst hotel experience in my life, this hotel facilities and staff don't meet the price.”
Liked: The people at the restaurant were very attentive and cordial.
Disliked: The administrative staff was rude and uncooperative. We might not have booked directly with the hotel, but the agency we booked through was not the one making our experience better or worse, it was the personnel at the hotel, and as they could have find alternatives for our staying to be pleasant, they decided to charge to the most expensive rate for the kid travelling with us, this made the price very high, something that we would have paid with no regret on a five star hotel. Your facilities' lack of comfort, the elevators were painful, the bedroom small and uncomfortable, the refrigerator was a freezer, anything you put in there froze, the beds were not comfortable, the room was small, I would not be able to recommend the hotel to any of my friends.

“Excellent gateway”
My stay at Cartagena Plaza Hotel was fantastic from start to finish. The location alone is a huge advantage right in the heart of Bocagrande, just steps from the beach, shops, and great restaurants. It made exploring Cartagena incredibly easy and enjoyable. The staff truly made the experience memorable. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and eager to help. Whether it was recommendations for local attractions or quick assistance with small requests, they always went above and beyond with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, with great views that made waking up each morning a treat. Housekeeping kept everything spotless throughout my stay, which I really appreciated. The breakfast buffet was another highlight plenty of variety, fresh options, and a lively atmosphere to start the day. The rooftop pool area was perfect for relaxing, offering a beautiful view of the city and ocean. Overall, Cartagena Plaza Hotel delivered an excellent experience: great service, ideal location, and a welcoming environment. I’d happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Cartagena.
