Disliked: Very basic.

Liked: We had a wonderful stay at Estancia de La Mantilla! The hotel is beautiful and perfectly located in the heart of Cartagena, making it easy to explore the city. Jhon truly made our experience special - he was incredibly kind, helpful, and always welcoming. It was a pleasure talking with him each day and he went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Thanks to Jhon and the entire team! We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.

Liked: Nice hotel in the old town with an excellent breakfast for fruits, breads, juice, coffee, and eggs cooked to order. Close to all the action in the walled city yet on a quieter street so you can get a good night;s sleep.

We really loved our stay here.It was easy to access everything in the old city as well as Getsemani neighborhood. The shower wasnt great but really didnt make much of a difference. Would stay again.

Liked: My friends and I loved staying here! The staff was lovely, especially Nestor and Jhon—from helping us with our bags, to making restaurant recommendations, to bringing a key up to my room when I forgot it—they were just lovely! The location is also perfect. It’s slightly off the beaten path, So it was super quiet, but still really close to everything. There’s only 14 rooms and we felt very safe staying here. The rooms were also incredibly clean and the housekeeping staff did a lovely job every day keeping them that way.

Disliked: I loved it. I’ve traveled the world and this was one of my favorite stays.

Liked: Amazing location, and overall a good hotel, clean as expected and great staff

Disliked: There were water shortages due to a pressure issue (we stayed on the third floor), so in the mornings we often struggled to have enough water for a shower. It seemed temporary, as someone was working on fixing it the day we left. Also, the room 302 can hear quite a bit of noise when something is moved on the terrace.

Liked: I loved the location of this hotel along with the included breakfast, pool and friendly staff! I had a late flight when I was departing and I was able to hangout there and use the public shower near the pool after not having access to my room post-checkout. It was a comfortable stay for a solo female traveler too!

Disliked: The top bed sheet was a little dirty when I arrived, but it wasn’t a ton and it made up for the fact that you can choose when you want someone to clean your room.
