“Dissapointing stay”

First of all after we used the toilet the wc was dirty. Looked for wc brush but no brush available. Contacted reception and they told me there is no wc toilet nowhere in no room and the only people that have a brush are the cleaning people. It was told to me to wait for the next day with the toilet dirty until the cleaning people came and cleaned the toilet. This is really nonsense. Second of all there are big problems with the electrical circuits, when you open the light it starts a circuit and it seems like everything is a horror movie.....this should not happen at all. And third, after cleaning has been done, only towels where changed nothing more....i would have expected for a 4 Star hotel to clean up the room a bit, but no it was very messy as we left it. Dissapointing!

“A birthday stay to remember”

Liked: The hotel made my sister's birthday genuinely special. I mentioned it when booking, and when we arrived late in the evening, we were welcomed with champagne and a big brownie. Such a thoughtful and unexpected touch! The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, from our late check-in to checkout. Breakfast was a real highlight, with a great spread and lots of choice, and we happily started every day with it.

Disliked: It's a short taxi or bus ride to the old town.

“Overall, hotel is quite basic and the cost does not reflect this”

Liked: The hotel has a beautiful terrace. There is a bus stop a couple of mins walk which will bring you into Palma

Disliked: Some of the facilities could do with modernisation. The indoor pool showers are not in good condition, the pool area and chairs could be refreshed. The rooms for 2 people are quite small
