Liked: Very close to the Basilica, good facilites, good breakfast, great for a short visit to Lourdes

Disliked: Breakfast is ok, would like a bit more options

Liked: The room was clean and had whatever we needed for the 3 days stay. There was a fan provided in the room. We brought our own travel kettle so we could make our own tea. The breakfast was lovely. The location was perfect. We could keep our bags in a secure room before check in and after checking out. Ask the reception for the code for the lift down the road.

Disliked: Nothing. Everything was nice.

Liked: It was extremely close to the Lourdes sanctuary

Disliked: Lots of false advertising in their listing! When I went to the receptionist because my room was supposed to have a balcony, she reprimanded me in front of a few other guests who were checking in, said they always had large groups checking in and basically told me to suck it up because that’s just how it is. It was not a last-minute reservation. Then she told me that Booking.com put false information on the listings. My TV did not work and when I checked the batteries of the remote, they were rotted and slimy. I turned them in on a Monday night and got a new remote, but the TV still didn’t work so Tuesday and Wednesday morning I still asked each morning for the TV to be fixed. It did not happen until Thursday night. The TV was fixed. I was leaving Friday morning. There is a metal window shade controlled by a on and off button nearby and it was also broken and shut halfway down for the whole time until Thursday night before I left. The free toiletries are a hand soap dispenser. The towels are two hand towels per guest. No bath mat. Other people working there were very nice and kind but nothing got fixed until three days later. When Booking.com called the receptionist to address the balcony problem, that receptionist hung up on them. The Booking.com agent related to me that they use information sent by the hotel to describe the listings so she also lied about how those listings are generated Everyone else I dealt with was very nice but the service was not good.

Disliked: friends had to wait until 1930 to get into room after been handed a key at 1500 and told room was ready!!

Disliked: Staff was not very helpful and with great pressure managed to get a room at 4:25 pm instead of 3pm. Phone, towel rack heater and exhaust fan in toilet did not work
