“pleasant stay, not the best for the money, staff could be more friendlier and more informative”
Liked: hotel is ok, small reception area, nice room decent size, maid service daily
Disliked: room needed a decent clean, just because it is traditional venetian does't mean you don't need to clean it, cleaner took showercurtain away on our last day when we went for breakfast which was puzzling, breakfast just ok, lady overseeing breakfast a little curt, like old fashioned dinner lady and you felt uncomfortable asking for a coffee or tea

“Great location friendly staff”
Liked: Staff friendly location amazing breakdast very basic but staff very nice good value for money,
Disliked: No kettle Or tea and coffee which is standard in most budget hotels across the world we were in room 332 and it was very dark inside abd outside at the door, we had to use our phone light to find the keylock, it woukd be useful to have a light in that dark corner

“Good hotel option in San Marco”
Liked: Hotel Citta di Milano is very well located in San Marco steps away from Piazza San Marco and other touristic places in Venice. The room is confortable, confy bed, clean and modern bathroom and even had a nice window view of the alleys below.
Disliked: Breakfast is very simple, there are no eggs nor fruit. The coffee is awesome because is hand made on the spot by a friendly lady.

“Very good”
Liked: We loved how close the hotel was to Saint Peter’s Basilica, and having a waterbus stop nearby made our commute from the train station and back easier. Throughout our stay, the staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful. Our room was also impressively spacious and perfectly clean, making for a highly comfortable experience.
Disliked: While the room was comfortable and clean, it lacked the unique features or premium feel to justify such a high price tag that felt far too high for a standard 3-star hotel.

“Great!”
Liked: Central and clean. The man at reception was very friendly.
Disliked: My room was located away from the main hotel and you had to walk in a dark area to get there. I was the only one staying there. Was ok but little bit strange. The room was new renovated and think i got an upgrade. The lady at breakfast was bit angry.

“Below average”
Room was clean, A/C and heat didn’t work. The room was sooooo dry made it difficult to sleep. Shower head in bathroom was broken. Staff are scarce, and hard to find Location is perfect.
