Classy Holiday Hotel & Spa

There's a lot of good things about this hotel and specially the team. Location wise - in the heart of old quarter. Walking distance to everywhere including pharmacy, 7 eleven and shopping. Clean room and simple but fulfulling buffet breakfast. Top notch service from the team. We have a birthday celebrant and they throw a surprise event for her. They genuinely like to know about their guests and are very eager to help. They were concerned and asked about the well being of our friend who was sick. At check-out they gave us a souvenir. Lee, Huy and the rest of the boys ♥️ are all sweet and adorable. The boys were very thoughtful and helpful with our luggages. Overall there attitude was phenominal. Easy ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I stayed 5 days and 4 nights in this hotel. Clean hotel and the room as well. Staff were very polite and accomodating. Breakfast was fantastic- variety to choose from. Location - walking distance to everything. Thanks to Lee, Doung and Thu for my beautifilul stay in the hotel.

Hotel staff is very nice and kind the lacation is close with the night market and the lake, around area has many cafe and coffee shop easy to walk

The staff were accommodating and very helpful. The hotel has an elevator, two double beds, and a buffet breakfast. It is conveniently located just a 6-minute walk from Dong Xuan Market and Banh Mi 25. We were also allowed to leave our luggage after check-out without any problem, even though we had three suitcases and two backpacks. We picked them up at 9 PM, and the staff were very accommodating. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi!
