“Not worth it, run down!”
Liked: We booked our birthday stay 6 months in advance with a particular room my wife wanted. We confirmed our booking prior to departure and when we arrived we were given a very basic and less expensive room for the same expensive price I paid. That's insane. I would never stay here again. The room we got was old, run down, dirty, damaged and just not what we usually get when we come to Vegas 3 times a year. No more Cosmo for us.
Disliked: Location is great.

“An absolutely spectacular hotel, let down by its front desk staff.”
Liked: What can you possibly say about a hotel like The Cosmopolitan? It’s simply spectacular. From the moment you walk into the property, you realize this isn’t just a hotel. It’s an entire experience. The atmosphere, the design, the rooms, the facilities, and the incredible energy of the place are all on another level. Everything feels luxurious, exciting, and larger than life. We stayed on the 45th floor, and the entire experience was truly unforgettable. There is something special about The Cosmopolitan that is difficult to put into words. It’s bold, glamorous, vibrant, and everything you imagine Las Vegas should be. If you’re looking for the ultimate Vegas experience, this hotel absolutely delivers. Despite a few issues, we genuinely loved our stay and would happily return.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment was the attitude of the front desk staff. While the hotel itself is exceptional, our interactions with the reception team were surprisingly unpleasant. We found the staff at the front desk to be extremely unfriendly, cold, and unwelcoming. Their attitude felt dismissive and completely out of place at a hotel of this caliber. At a property that delivers such an impressive luxury experience, you would expect the people welcoming guests to reflect the same level of hospitality. Sadly, that was not our experience. Another thing worth mentioning is the noise. The lobby and public areas are naturally very lively, with loud music playing throughout the evening. However, we were surprised that we could still hear the music from our room on the 45th floor during the night. It’s definitely something to consider if you’re a light sleeper. That being said, we didn’t let it ruin our experience. After all, it’s Vegas, baby!

“Acceptable”
Disliked: Check in process was virtual but keys are not assigned. You receive a text and have to wait. The system wasn’t working when I was there and no one informed me until I asked after waiting 2+ hours.

“Great room”
Great facilities. Breakfast well overpriced and really dissapointed in that. Wanted to ask for my money back but check out would have cost me an hour of my time. Online check out also didn’t work properly. Lovely balcony but had to endure the smell of smokers of all varieties so couldn’t sit out for too long. Or keep the window open. However if you want a great location I’d recommend the fountain view room. (Just bring your own breakfast and deal with smokers)

“The fractional view is satisfying, but the hotel is lacking for family trips with children.”
The fountain-view room was very satisfying. The biggest advantage was being able to comfortably see the Bellagio fountains from the room, and the nighttime view and fountain show exceeded my expectations. However, I didn't find the staff to be especially friendly overall. It wasn't rude, but compared with other hotels the service felt somewhat curt. Also, I would not personally recommend the hotel for family trips with children, though the overall atmosphere may suit adult travelers or couples. I often smelled cigarette smoke when moving through the casino and shared hotel spaces, and the general vibe felt more adult-focused Las Vegas than family-friendly. If the fountain view and nighttime skyline from the room are important to you, you'll likely be very satisfied, but if you're staying with kids I would choose a different hotel next time.

“Good time”
Liked: That restaurants were readily available. Staff was helpful. Room was nice.
Disliked: That the pool closed at 5pm. No adult only time, or evening swims to take in the city scape with all the lights. Do better here!

“Highly recommend staying here”
Liked: Awesome location and friendly, helpful staff. Good food. Comfortable bed, great value.
Disliked: Smoking smell from the terrace but that’s better than inside the rooms
