“Beds are terrible and”

TV doesn't allow you to hook up to your tablet. The included breakfast is serviceable enough, but after one or two days it is tired. The front desk staff was okay, the rest of the staff is amazing and working their butts off, especially the ONE lady they have working in the restaurant in the mornings. And the housekeeping staff is the absolute sweetest.

“Hostile service”

URGENT: The hotel is engaging in deceptive practices and staff is hostile. My booking clearly includes breakfast and lists 2 adults and 1 child (age 10). At check-in, they demanded $50 for my son's breakfast. This morning at the restaurant, they demanded $55 (a surprise 10% fee) and refused to let my child eat until I paid on the spot. When I asked to pay at checkout, the staff laughed at me. I just went to the front desk to resolve this and was ignored, then given a dirty smirk by a male staff member. I feel targeted and uncomfortable. I need Agora to intervene immediately. I want the $55 breakfast charge refunded and I want to file a formal complaint against this property.

“Review of Hotel Cozi Tuen Mun”

We have stayed there many times and sometimes they kindly upgraded the room for me. Location is excellent as it is very close to the transportation. However, I found in the last two stays that the room I stayed had problem with the wifi. It is unstable and not covered well. The best location that I received the wifi signal was in the bathroom/toilet and it is very frustrated.
