Hotel Croix des Nordistes

Liked: The hotel is close enough to the sanctuary but far enough from the crowds. It is also surrounded by diverse restaurants with many price options.

Liked: All the staff were very nice

Liked: Room is clean and decent

Disliked: Location is quite far to the City Centre and Toulouse airport

Liked: Well situated, great staff, great food, Room was comfortable and spotless.

Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Location, Simplicity but good

Disliked: Na

Liked: It is 5 minutes walk to the Lourdes Sanctuary. We book this hotel due to the location. In the middle of the Train station and the sanctuary. We were welcomed and given our room very quickly. The staff were very helpful and they also supply (for a fee) the breakfast and dinner.

Disliked: You get the basic of what you need for a pilgrimage to Lourdes. Do not expect 3 high end 5 courses menu of continental breakfast. We really enjoy the simplicity of the kitchen.

El hotel es bastante humilde, lo bueno que tiene son las comidas y la ubicación. Es cómodo aunque necesita algun que otro arreglo. Pero para lo que nenecitas si viajas a Lourdes está bien.

Liked: The Staff were very welcoming, pleasant and accommodating of our requests for example substituting breakfast croissants for bread (low fat diet, meeting our dietary needs). The Hotel Lunch/Dinner was excellent. The room was comfortable with a table fan. The bed was very comfortable. The closet in room well met our needs for space and hanging our clothes. The ensuite bathroom was good. The shower pressure was great and the whole facility was clean. The elevator was readily available and came soon after calling it. Location was fantastic for Grotto, restaurants, shopping (CRF City Grocery), and self-serve laundromat. It's less than a 5 minute drive to the train station. Tourist Information, Farmer's Market and Library was a 10 minute walk away. Surroundings in Lourdes was very peaceful and serene and felt quite safe.W

Disliked: At Breakfast, when helping ourselves to milk - there was a big spill - looking for a "STOP" button. There was no "stop" button. Staff were quick to help out and very understanding and accommodating. The same button as "start" was used to stop the flow! Which we didn't realize or know about. Needless to say that did not happen ever again!
