Hotel Damiana Boutique

Liked: Location, room overall

Disliked: Cleanliness, parking

Liked: Friendly staff great location

I have booked this hotel on Agoda (as I am Diamond) for it's central location in the historic center of Querétaro. The check-in was smooth after 21h as my flight landed in the evening. All instructions were sent by Whatsapp. The room is cosy with a very comfortable bed. The beds are hanging from the ceiling with ropes (they swing!). The only slight issue is that it blocked the TV screen. There is a Smart TV/Netflix and other streaming channels offered in the Queen Room 4. I loved the balcony on the second floor with views over the pedestrian street. The location is right at the center of historic places and museums. I recommend the MACQ nearby. There are sometimes noises from the street fireworks but that's inevitable in Querétaro as the Mexicans love to celebrate 🥳

Liked: Nothing front desk was gone they left us outside with our belongings inside the room we call the 100 time no answer

Disliked: Horrible costumer service

Liked: Very nice hosts! Comfortable bed. Central location and good value.

Liked: Staff was very nice, and kept trying to upgrade my room.

Liked: It’s very small place

Disliked: The parking isn’t fair away, and breakfast it’s about 20 minutes of the hotel.

Liked: The staff was extremely helpful and nice. The hotel was super clean and the location was amazing. There is so much to do within walking distance. There are restaurants, shops and plazas around. Also, you can Uber to other places for a reasonable price. I also liked then coffee/tea station on the top floor.

Disliked: They don’t have a place to just hang out. The terrace is nice but they need to invest in some nicer furniture to sit and just do some people watching. The furniture Ty te they have is all metal and not comfortable.
