“Such a welcoming oasis in the bustle that is Florence”

Liked: In my many years of traveling, I've sometimes stayed at hotels that were more "posh" than Hotel David, but I don't think I've ever stayed at a nicer one than this. I absolutely love this place. It's comfortable and welcoming, quiet, rooms are very spacious (especially by Italian standards) and bright, the breakfast is delicious, (actual hot food(!), the little garden courtyard is charming, and the staff couldn't be kinder or more helpful. Just the best!

Disliked: nothing at all

“Exceptional”

Liked: It felt like you're at home. The atmosphere was so relaxing.

Disliked: It's just a bit further out from the city center although it's doable with the easy bus access and taxi.

“We stayed at Hotel David for 3 nights. The front desk staff was the best I've ever worked with.”

Liked: The staff is the best I've ever worked with!! They were very helpful throughout the trip. I really like the room and the room size too, very large and comfy. There were a few restaurants near by that were good too. But, the staff made the difference and were GREAT!!

Disliked: Nothing
