Hotel de Castiglione

Good location. Friendly and helpful staff.

Very nice location, amazing stuff & very ownest, I lost my viza card in the corridor near my room they got it for me immediately, I highly recommend this hotel,Hassan in the reception us very helpful amazing team, house keeping manager Mamado is really the best, thankyou so much for making my trip amazing

The location is great if you are a avid shopper aside that it is very safe as well since the neighborhood is mostly embassies of diffefrent countries. All the high end and luxury shoppes are in the sme street from the hotel. The staff are so friendly too and accommodating and the free breakfast is pretty decent. The surrounding area is complete with restaurants, bakeries and convenience store. The only downside for asian travellers like us is, it has no bidet and not sure if other room lay out is family friendly since the room given to us has transparent shower area seprated from the toilet area. The thing we consider since we definitely wanted to go back with the kids at this hotel.

I believe almost all the guest rooms on the upper floors have a view of the Eiffel Tower. You can see the Grand Palais and the Eiffel Tower. The rooms have been renovated, making for a pleasant stay. The area is lined with high-end brand stores, and next door is Hermès. Additionally, since it is a location where government agencies are gathered, it is under 24-hour security, making it safe.

There was confusion with bookings (and not only ours )After 1.30 hours Discussion we were given to choose whether to return our money or free breakfast for 5 days we chose breakfast. Instead of 5 days we received for 4 days, the sheets were not changed a single day the towels either. There were other small things.

All very good with this Hotel de Castiglione. Only one concern: the breakfast needs significant improvement for guest paying *** per night (***) for 2 pax for standard room. Examples: the scrambled egg was terrible - too watery. No live stations. The varieties very limited and the breakfast staff need to be on the move and help the guests instead of standing around and talking with each other. Thank you.

Really nice staff. Interconnecting room. Very large room for parents & two teenagers. Great location.

Location was good, and very clean rooms.
