“Très satisfait”
Accueil très sympathique et chaleureux, nous avons obtenu une belle chambre, la literie est très confortable et la salle de bain très moderne. Le tout dune grande propreté. Le petit déjeuner est d'un très bon rapport qualité-prix

“Great staff but a little off the beaten path”
Liked: Lean, location was remote but easily accessible by transit options. Good food options as well and laundry mat on the next block.

“Disappointing cleanliness and uncomfortable room”
We stayed at this hotel for one night. The breakfast was good and perfectly acceptable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, we were given an accessible room. The bathroom sink was extremely low, which made washing my hands or face quite uncomfortable and caused back discomfort. The cleanliness of the bathroom was also disappointing. The inside of the toilet bowl, had a noticeable yellow discolouration, which made it look dirty. There was also visible dirt and limescale around the shower area, which I do not find acceptable for a hotel. The pillows were also far too flat and uncomfortable, and my neck hurt after sleeping on them. I have stayed in many 3-star hotels, and in my opinion, this hotel could do much better, especially when it comes to cleanliness and comfort.

“Excellent”
Liked: Hospitable and helpful staff. Nice room with a sofa. Walk in shower. Nice location near Gare Lyon Perache. Convenient for metro, tram and high speed train access. I requested the same room I had a year ago. (I did not remember the room number) They looked it up and had it ready for me. Appreciated that. I would stay here for any future visits to Lyon. Also note that the Lyon city card is a great value.
Disliked: No issues experienced.

“Very good”
Liked: It was smaller than expected but the workers were really kind.
Disliked: We had put a don’t disturb sign and when we got back to our room they were doing some work in the bathroom without letting us know. It just threw us off for a second in regards to safety

“A very nice stay in Lyon.”
Liked: The staff are very welcoming, parking was easy(you must reserve the space), room was a good size, bed was comfortable and breakfast was good. Location is an easy walk to center ville,
Disliked: The elevator is minuscule!
