Liked: The hotel was clean, the room was spacious. Good location not far from the metro
Disliked: It would be nice that The reception working hours were 24/7 so you can check-in/check out at any time, especially when your flight/transport is late

“Excellent”
Liked: It was located in a nice quiet part of Milan and the room was a very good size which met the needs of our trip to this lovely city.
Disliked: It was slightly dated but that was the only thing and wasn’t an issue.

“Good location, great rooms”
This is almost like an Airbnb with all facilities within the room. Spacious rooms with all amenities in proper working condition. The location is also very close to the metro allowing you to go anywhere within the city easily. You can cook/order food inside or walk just a few meters to enjoy plenty of restaurants nearby.

“Very good”
Liked: staff is very friendly.
Disliked: equipment like microwave oven and exhaust fan are broken. No replacement of body wash after room cleaning.

“We enjoyed our stay thank you.”
Liked: Close to the metro and mainline bus, a few stops on the metro to connect to the Green hop on/off tour bus. Local supermarket near the metro station and a 24 hour one a further 10 mins walk. Locals very helpful. Had a delicious pizza from the shop at the exit of metro at a good price. Staff very friendly and helpful; thank you. Well equipped kitchen but no kettle! Drinks vending machine in lobby, no ordinary tea and all coffees were sugared!
Disliked: The room was clean but bathroom in need of refurbishment, extractor fan and over handbasin light not working. No instructions on how to use the electric hob, one electric socket very loose so too dangerous to use in the kitchen. We had to boil the water for our tea in a saucepan as no kettle. My sister’s eu plug would not fit some of the sockets whereas mine was ok - hers was bulkier than mine.
