À mon arrivé à l'hôtel, surprise, il était fermé!! J'ai appelé le numéro sur la porte, et la j'ai appris que j'étais délocalisé à l'hôtel Peyramale,juste à côté... J'avais payé pour une chambre simple avec balcon, je me suis retrouvé dans une chambre twin sans balcon. Je n'avais reçu aucun message pour me prévenir. Jamais cela ne m'étais arrivé. Les personnes de l'hôtel Peyramale ont été adorable cependant. Mais éviter l'Hôtel du Gave car leur méthode frise l'escroquerie.
