Liked: Our room was a bit dated, but the location was great - right by the beach. We also loved the breakfasts, they were amazing!

“Perfect location, excellent breakfast!”
Liked: The location is perfect, assure it from walk from everywhere that you want to go in town or the train station. The breakfast is delicious, definitely the best breakfast included in Hotel rate of my trip. I had a small single with a balcony overlooking the Bay of Silence, it was small but sufficient with excellent shower pressure and the views were incredible! The pool area is also very nice. I have stayed in this hotel before and would definitely stay again.
Disliked: The bathroom in my hotel room seem to smell like sewage. I mentioned it to the Hotel staff and they said they would do something but I’m not sure that anything was done as it still smelled pretty strongly of sewage in my room for the two days that I was there.

“Extremely central.”
Liked: Very central. Good breakfast and nice pool.
Disliked: Couldn’t regulate the aircondition. Not very good possibilities for drying wet bathing equipment.

“Acceptable”
Liked: Nothing. We booked a room for two but were given a musty, dusty room with a strange ticking noise—like a machine running. Within just a few minutes, my wife began experiencing breathing difficulties. This was not the room we had booked or the one shown on Booking.com. The receptionist agreed that the room was unacceptable and spoke to the manager, who refused to provide us with a different one. We fled to another hotel, wasting precious hours in the process. The hotel manager did not respond at all to the email I sent regarding compensation for the trouble caused.

“An excellent and relaxing holiday in a charming hotel in a lovely location with an excellent team!”
Liked: Excellent breakfast and location.All of the staff were super friendly and helpful whether reception, dining room, cleaners, basically they were an excellent team!
Disliked: The only downside was the spa facilities that were on booking confirmation weren't open as being refurbished.

Liked: Great hotel and location for visiting " other" towns and villages, like Portafino, Rappelo.Would love to return
Disliked: Very few places sold Peroni, my favourite drink.
