Hotel Ease Tsuen Wan

Free regular shuttle bus because it is factory area and the streets are quiet, rough. Big space but it is inconvenient location. You need to take bus out to the town. The local area is factory area so you need to walk far or bus it out. I thought I could compromise this. However night 1, wifi was weak, loading work loads was bad, so watch YouTube and games, but connecting 2 mobiles, the wifi keep dropping, try tu connect to 3 mobiles and every 10 minutes or less the wifi disconnect and connect after few seconds. It was like someone was playing with us. Switching the wifi on and off. The worst of wifi. I reported this and staff said it is evening and report to IT. I told the staff again the morning and he said he will report it to IT when they come to with at 9am. I come back 10pm and the wifi was the same. All the IT did was kick all my devices out and I had to log back in. It did not help the situation. The ac is very bad and faulty. It is set at 20 or 21c, however I adjust the buttons, there are only 4 buttons. It is locked to 21c which is very cold. So i have to switch it off and switch on after 2, 3 hours, so it was a very bad sleep. Having to wake up to stuffy hot room. The chair was not great, i felt itchy at the bottom so I had to put plastic bag. The fridge is on but doesn't work properly. The staff told me it is like this. It is not cold. I put my coke in and it just slightly below the room temperature. The wall is very thin. I can hear next door talking, closing doors. Moving objects. The bed is very big. We can fit 4 of us lol but I rather have long size bed and have more room to walk as the TV is hung on the wall and few times I hit myself on it. Shower room is nice and wc but I don't get why the door is so heavy and solid to open but the walls are thin and like plywood wall lol. This is *** per night and it is not cheap. I rather go to another hotel, pay extra 5 with better view ie sea, reliable wifi. It is 2026 wifi is important.

As always when back to HK, will stay here. It’s like our second home

When I first checked in, the room thou looked clean and tidy, I could smell smoke. So I used the phone to dial the reception. After which, I went down to the reception, and they had another room prepared for me. The room was so spacious that I could open up 4 big luggages if I have. Room is so clean and the aesthetics is just nice for me. They also have the shower and toilet in 2 cubicles so that could be helpful for couples and families.

The hotel is very clean and not bad on the size of the room. But location is not very good unless you take taxi all the time.

1. Good location. 2. Flexible to accommodate circumstances on room level request. 3. The room is clean but except without provide minerals water bottle in the room

the location is a bit out of the center but they offer a shuttle to the mtr!!!
