Do NOT book this hotel. The photos on Agoda are fake and AI-generated. Nothing looks like the pictures: not the building, not the lobby, not the rooms. The glowing reviews are fake too. They are all short, generic one-liners that sound the same. The reality: • The bed sheets had visible stains and were clearly not fresh. • The bath mat was filthy, with dark stains and dirt all over it. • There was dirt and spilled liquid on the floors, and grime along the furniture edges and corners. • There was no soap in the bathroom. • The toilet was in terrible condition. We would not take our shoes off in that room, let alone sleep there. We checked out about one hour after checking in. Even so, the hotel did not refund the local tax we had paid, which is not fair. I have photos and a video of the real room. Don't trust the listing. Avoid.
