This stay was wonderful! The hotel environment is comfortable, and the design feels warm and classy. The overall service was satisfying and made for a very relaxing stay. You can tell the hotel put a lot of care into both the surroundings and the arrangements. I’d love to stay here again next time I have the chance — highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very environmentally friendly — you don't even need a room card; you enter the room with a QR code that you can share with your fellow guests. I think it's really convenient, and you don't have to worry about a magnetic card being hard to share or getting lost. Breakfast is a set meal: once seated a staff member brings it to the table. The food is tasty and light, not too greasy, and you feel comfortable after eating.

The location is convenient, good for walking and shopping; it’s about a 15-minute walk to the train station and the transfer hub. Nearby facilities are comprehensive. The room was clean and very spacious, and the Japanese-style design helped me relax. The bathroom had plenty of hot water, but the lack of hand soap was a minor inconvenience. The overall environment promoted good sleep, though soundproofing was somewhat lacking. Staff were friendly but there is room for improvement. Facilities and services were adequate, and the value for money is high—worth recommending.

On our first night I asked about parking on the street by the construction site diagonally across from the hotel and whether the white curb line there was okay. The staff clearly didn’t know the local parking situation and only gave a bureaucratic answer that unless it’s the parking lot they can’t guarantee you won’t get a ticket (in fact that spot is fine to park in). The hotel not providing its own parking is already inconvenient for guests — at minimum they should be able to explain other parking options. Later the staff asked which breakfast time we wanted for the next day (7:30, 8:30, or 9:30; one hour dining slots). We chose 9:30, but when I arrived around 9:40–9:45 we waited for our food until about 10:00 (a very long wait). I took photos of the breakfast and asked family members whether they wanted to come down; after seeing the photos they decided to come, but the kitchen told us they close at 10:00 and would not serve (wasn’t the dining time 9:30–10:30? This was really ridiculous). The restaurant staff insisted they wouldn’t serve us. I went to the front desk to complain and only then did they arrange to serve our meal (they said the night staff had definitely informed us — they didn’t!). Fortunately we did get our food in the end, but the overall impression was not very good. Also, the room ceiling has no light and the room lighting is rather dim.

Limited service staff. Using QR code for access instead of room card. Basic and low cost reno. Breakfast was simple- bento set. Main dish either fish or pork. Other side dishes are the same everyday. Nothing interesting.

After staying here for two days, the downsides I noticed were inconvenient parking — you can only park at nearby Poya, the plaza, or the Dudu parking, all of which require additional fees, unless you find a street white-line spot. Another issue is soundproofing. Before booking I read many reviews and most mentioned this problem. Inside the room you can hear people talking in the corridor or the sound of phones, though I couldn’t hear neighboring or opposite rooms. The staff placed us on a high floor; maybe other guests were quiet or for some other reason, I only heard people talking in the hallway two or three times, which I found acceptable. Overall it was quite comfortable. Now the positives: the room and lighting design are perfect — I really love the warm-toned lighting! The dressing table design gets a big thumbs up from me — exactly what I was looking for when I checked in. The bed was medium-firm and very comfortable. The room also has a large TV with Netflix, YouTube, etc. Breakfast was pretty tasty and the portions were just right for me — there were drinks, milk and cereal, and even ice cream. They also offer a late-night snack, but the serving time is a bit early so I didn’t go — it seemed to end around 10:30 pm; I wish it ran later. Otherwise, I was quite satisfied.

The breakfast was plentiful, and they even provide kid’s meals for children. The dining area is very comfortable. We stayed on a Monday night and there was a late-night snack option; you can also take food to go. There’s a very nice common lounge area. We only found out at check-in that you must notify them in advance if you’re bringing a pet. Fortunately I had booked a pet-friendly room, and the front desk staff handled it for us right away. Overall the stay was quite good and very relaxing.
