“Old hotel with nice interiors and decorations”

Great location and room decoration are fantastic. However, there are noises coming on and off at night, some coming from other floors and some are from the pipings, wouldn’t recommend it for light sleepers. Their heater has some problems, one night we had to shower with hot water.

“The accommodation environment is excellent.”

Great location with lots of restaurants and local snacks nearby. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious — they even had a Dyson hairdryer! The hotel is not very large, so it’s peaceful and quiet at night. The buffet breakfast had good, healthy choices; everything I wanted was available and you could taste the ingredients’ natural flavors. The selection of cheeses was also excellent — a lovely way to start each morning!

“Very stylish hotel with a European feel.”

Liked: Feels like a small boutique European hotel. There’s eclectic art there’s opulence and there’s a lovely warm ambience to the hotel. Staff are very professional, helpful and friendly. Good western options for breakfast. Free drink voucher at the bar is a nice touch. Room and bed are very comfortable and well appointed. Enjoyed the free movies and Nespresso coffee machine in the room. Located on a tree lined road in a lovely neighbourhood and a short walk to the metro. Thoroughly recommend!

Disliked: Issue with the TV but was rectified quickly.

“Excellent”

The hotel is a bit outdated, but overall it’s a very nice place. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I complained about the air conditioning noise, and they fixed it immediately. Raymond was especially helpful—he shared lots of tips on transportation, sightseeing, and restaurants. I would love to come back again.

“It is an old five-star hotel.”

Liked: The staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. The hotel features a wide range of artworks, even if some don't match my personal taste. The room is very comfortable, smells good, and is quiet, with no noise despite being in a bustling area. Additionally, there are many excellent coffee shops and fashion stores nearby.

Disliked: They used very costly facilities, but they deserved better upkeep. Some applicants are already experiencing foundation issues.
