Pet friednly hotel, ample free parking in hotel back yard. Received hotel room number and PIN code to enter, worked fluently.

“I stayed in room D3, for that price i can find another hotel bit fresh”

Disliked: The room smells not fresh Bed linen make my skin itchy (maybe rarely replaced) The carpet smells not fresh Broken toilet door The chair is broken The electrical installation for bathroom not safe (I put all evidence attached)

“Good Value for Money”
Liked: The accommodation is simple but clean and practical. Late check-in was easy, and having private parking was a major benefit. The hotel is located on the outskirts, but the price more than makes up for it. Overall, a very good option for budget-conscious travelers
Disliked: The room could benefit from better ventilation, as there was a noticeable stale smell upon arrival. Opening the window helped, but it faced the bus station, which affected the overall comfort and sleeping experience.

“Dissatisfied, can't recommend.”
Liked: Not much I can say here. Maybe that there was tea provided in the room...
Disliked: Looooots of room for improvement in this hotel. The staff that we talked to on the phone was very rude and not helpful at all, nor showing willingness to help. The room was dirty, the bedsheets were dirty, it just looked really ran down and not cozy or comfortable to stay.

“Perfect for night stay in Hamburg with free parking and 30 min ferry ride away from city center.”
Liked: Perfect hotel to stay for night. We stayed here just for one night on our drive back from Copenhagen to Dusseldorf. Needed to break the journey. There was no one at the reception or should I say- Desk. but the instruction to get in the room already came through email, so were real smooth. There are enough options to eat around. The main city is 30 min away by ferry, which sometimes becomes too much because people use this ferry for sight seeing.:)
Disliked: Nothing that we noticed or felt ourselves, but I saw some guests struggling with check-in, as it's completely online; no one is there in person to help you.
