“Basic low quality option near historic centre - avoid”
Liked: Friendly staff. Well located
Disliked: Room dark and dingy and furnishings not of a good quality. No privacy as blackout curtain hardly works and lets in lot of noise and light

“Uncomfortable, hard to get good rest, but Puebla is beautiful at least.”
Liked: In older neighborhood of Puebla, close to Centro.
Disliked: Bed and pillows very uncomfortable. Walls were thin and a lot of street noise so I was glad I took earplugs. Street is pretty dirty, not clear how safe it is at night. People on the street drinking day and night. Did not like how I was treated at check in. The rules they explained almost made it seem like it’s used for sex tourism or something, even though nothing indicates that, which I could tell.

“Won’t come back.”
Liked: Located in the historic downtown town.
Disliked: No parking. Dirty neighborhood. Small room. Horrible beds. Bad pillows. Bad room acoustical insulation. Lack of warm blankets.

“Not coming back. Resting is bad.”
Liked: Their ROOMING INFO is a bit deceiving. They call KING ROOM to a room with a FULL SIZE BED. Beds, bed sheets and pillows are TERRIBLE. Super stiff bed, thin sheets, and bodyless pillows.
Disliked: Place is clean, although is located in a dirty neighborhood.

“Nice hotel centrally located”
The hotel is very nice and clean, rooms were a bit dark but very confortable, the reception is very kind as well.
