Liked: Charming old-world decor. Location next to English Garden, room looked out onto garden. Beautiful breakfast room near rooftop. Extremely helpful staff.

Liked: Great and friendly staff (especially Eugene), clean and spacious rooms, breakfast available and variety too. We loved our view of the garden/park. We also liked that it was a small distance to the more busier part of the downtown.

Disliked: The shower in the bathroom was very small compared to the roomy and spacious room and hallway. We made it work. I still would come back.

Liked: excellent location, friendly helpful staff, loved the outside balconies/terraces, and proximity to garden

Liked: The place was beautiful and vey well appointed.

Disliked: We had not hot water and the air conditioning was not cooling good.

Liked: Spacious Comfy bed Excellent shower Next to a park Balcony, we were on the road side. Try for a room on the garden side. Large park for walking or jogging. The hotel is beautiful inside.

Disliked: It is about.6 miles away from the old town. Wished it was a bit closer but we walked it every day with no problems. Didn’t purchase breakfast at 15 euros a person! No kettle in room

Liked: Location, excellent service, quiet and pleasant!

Nice hotel in old italian style, about a 15 minite walk to centre of Palermo, some hidden gems for food and drink nearby. Only 15 minute walk to Notarbatalo train station so easy to access airport.

Liked: The hotell is clean, silent and the staff was friendly. Bus stop to city is near (from and to airport and to Mondello beach too). Using buses is easy.

Disliked: The breakfast is not worth of four stars. It was very, very modest. The location of the hotell is so far from city center, that you have to use bus or taxi if going there.
