Hotel Gibbs Downtown Riverwalk

Staff were kind and accommodating! Love the historical building. I found the bed to be very comfortable when I usually don’t care for hotel beds. Shower water pressure left something to be desired. But I e would absolutely stay here again!

Disliked: The room was not clean, I saw dust everywhere also i saw hairs in the bathroom

가격 대비 아주 훌륭한 위치와 청결, 서비스입니다. 물론 발렛비용을 따로 내야하지만, 근처에 주차장 이용료를 감안할때 꽤 합리적인 것 같아요.

Liked: Friendly staff and interesting history

Disliked: Breakfast was out of a lot of things. I the dining room was too full to sit anywhere and the other hotel guests were incredibly rude. My daughter and I were cut off in the breakfast line and while getting into the elevator numerous times. It was bizarre.

Liked: Location was convenient

Disliked: Terrible service, valet was a scam, terrible food, horrible room that was falling apart with non working fixtures.

Liked: Beautiful location and hotel

Disliked: Comfortable beds!

My husband and I stayed here for the Iron Maiden concert. There was quite a number of others staying for the same event. The manager made the rounds at breakfast every day talking to everyone and answering any questions. It was very helpful. The breakfast was one of the best I have seen around. I lost a bag for my glasses. Even tho it was not found, the employees were very helpful. We had a late flight and they kept our bags for us after checking in. The only downside is the construction going on currently around the Alamo.
