“Good for either short or long term stay”

“IDEAL FOR SOLO TRAVELLER”
The studio room was small but clean. It came with a microwave, fridge, and utensils, which was convenient. However, the room smelled a bit like cigarette smoke. Our main issue was the parking. We brought a car, but there was no parking lot available at the property, so we had to pay for hotel parking. We were lucky that a parking space was available; otherwise, we would have had to look around for somewhere else to park. The street was also quite busy and narrow, which could be challenging for inexperienced drivers. Overall, I’d say this place is ideal for solo travelers looking for an affordable, short stay near BGC/Taguig. Just keep the parking situation and narrow streets in mind if you’re bringing a car.

“Not ideal for couple”
The room was clean, but a bit too small for two people. We needed to work remotely, but it was hard to do so because the table was small and there was only one chair. You also have to move the table to pull out the bed, which makes the room feel even smaller. I wouldn’t recommend this place for a long stay or if you’re traveling with someone. But if you’re traveling alone and just need a place to sleep for a night or two, it’s a good option.

“Excellent”
Liked: Small studio but clean and perfect for 1 person. Bed is comfortable too.
Disliked: The location is a bit far for walking distance to coffee or restaurants (15mins) but the zone itself (Makati) is very nice.

“Not that great”
No one came to inform for check out and later they asked to pay xtra money, however i didn’t pay. Later they didn’t check room properly and came and asked me for one towel missing. Is this a joke? Someone travelling from 5000 km and will he steal your towel 😀.
