The hotel itself is nice and quiet, close to station, restaurants and convenience stores. Hallways smelled good, easy access to extra amenities. Room was good for one person. Sadly the refrigerator didn’t chill at all and somehow made contents inside even more warm. Also after breakfast time coffee machine was not working.

The bed was comfortable but the layout of the room is weird. Very easy to trip in the dark, so be careful. You can’t use bath bombs, which was the whole reason I booked this place, so I was disappointed to see the sign. Additionally, cleanliness was mostly good, but there were many stray hairs from previous guests. The TV was huge!

Breakfast was supposed to be provided, but nothing was available that morning. I contacted them, and despite asking three times, nothing was done for over an hour. Reluctantly, the cleaner set things up, but the dishes weren't clean, and I was so upset that I remember checking out. Please note.

I booked a 2-night, 3-day stay. I paid extra for a deluxe room because I wanted to use the bathtub, but the drain plug was broken so the tub wouldn’t hold water. When I called the front desk they said there was nothing they could do right away and that they’d fix it the next day. The next day it still wasn’t working, and when I called the front desk again it seemed the staff hadn’t been informed — the person I spoke to didn’t even know about the issue. In the end I paid for the room but couldn’t use the bathtub. When I asked to be moved to another room, they said none were available and they didn’t properly repair the plug. When I asked for a refund of the price difference, they told me to contact Agoda and said they couldn’t do anything. While explaining this over the phone they actually suggested I try to fix it myself. I don’t understand why I would be expected to pull out the dirty drain plug with my bare hands and fix it — it was a shockingly poor response. They didn’t even come to fix it themselves; they told the guest to do it. The accommodation itself was clean and nice, but their handling of the situation was terrible. If you want to use the bathtub, keep this in mind.

I was on a solo trip and very happy with my choice of hotel. Although it’s not in the city center, the main commercial areas are relatively easy to reach by direct subway. The hotel is very clean and well-equipped, which is what mattered most to me. Staying here lets you experience life in a Seoul residential neighborhood — very special. I recommend that groups of two or more definitely choose a larger room; the room I picked was only suitable for one person. Overall it was a really great stay — both smart and clean. Improvements needed: first, the air conditioning has a bit of an odor and should be cleaned; second, the bathroom water pressure is really low; third, room cleaning wasn’t very consistent — one day the “do not disturb” sign wasn’t in the room so the staff didn’t clean. (P.S. Don’t try the loach soup with rice, but the fried chicken place next door is highly recommended — tasty food and the staff are cute, shy young guys.)

It is a very restful hotel and good environment but the house keeping may not be 100%
