Hotel Il Vicoletto

Liked: Nice

Disliked: The plight of stairs to go up the room with luggage

It was difficult to get in touch before check-in—both by phone and via WhatsApp. I didn't receive a reply until the actual check-in time. The room door couldn't be locked from the inside. It was a disaster; I’ve never encountered anything like this before. As it turned out, the lock problem was widespread, because other guests arrived during the night and couldn't open their room door, making a huge racket for an hour and a half. Plus a restaurant across the way in the other building means noise until late hours. Plus only for location.

Liked: The location was perfect. The room met my expectations. Small but good. A simple room with everything I needed. And the bathroom was perfect.

Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Good sized room around the corner from St Acutis shrine/body. Nice shower and decent place close to central asdisi restos/cafes etc.

Liked: Location

Disliked: Waited 2 hours to get access to room before finally being let in by another guest. No one available in the morning to provide access to breakfast and received a response and hour after departure to advise breakfast was offered in another local cafe. Very difficult to contact and very poor communication

Liked: Accommodation was in the centre of Assisi and close to all the main churches to visit. It was clean and quiet. Definitely recommend staying here.

Disliked: N/A - everything was good

Liked: It was cleaned and the cleaner was super helpful and nice.

Disliked: Breakfast we had to go out of the hotel and walk for the Bar. we were entitled for only one coffee and one crossaint, that was the breakfast. other selected items had to pay for them.
