Pelayanan staff kurang banget. Di awal check-in, receptionist tanya oke gak kalo kamarnya yang hadap pemandangan bukit, tanpa ada info lainnya. Sebagai tamu kita pikir okelah pemandangan bukit, ternyata GONG pas masuk kamar bukitnya jalanan masuk hotelnya dan gak ada pemandangan bukit lainnya yg real bukit, wkwkwk NGAKAK. Pas komplain, receptionist bilang udah gak ada kamar lain lagi dan defensif dgn bilang “kan ibunya udah oke tadi pas di tanya pas check-in”, like WHATTT responnya gitu. Sejak kapan jalanan masuk hotel yg terjal itu masuk kategori pemandangan bukit??!!.. Pas masuk kamar AC nya juga rusak, gak nyala, telpon ke front office katanya teknisi akan dateng buat cek, sampe setengah jam ditungguin juga gak dateng2 itu teknisi, telpon lagi ke front office bilang kalo kita uda kepanasan banget di kamar baru 10 menit kemudian dateng teknisinya. Ditambah lagi pas breakfast staff greeter nya info tidak boleh bawa stroller bayi masuk sampe berkali2, padahal kita aja belom jalan masuk ke dalem resto breakfast nya. Trs ternyata pas kita masuk, meja sebelah kita bawa stroller bayinya masuk, WKWKWK bikin aturannya gimana coba. Minta baby chair juga lama banget dianterinnya, sampe 3x minta baru dikasih. Really not recommended hotel ever, bagus namanya doang, overrated.

Given our previous experiences, we did not hesitate to choose Indigo, but this time we encountered a situation where the bedroom was not a single king bed but a double, and this was uncomfortable for us, so we had to pay extra for a single king bed.
