Liked: The atmosphere and creativeness of the decor. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating.

Disliked: My room had a bench with stains (permeant maybe) also a rip on it. The bathroom shower leaks to the floor and I almost sipped and fell and this is a handicap room.

“The hotel area where it was located was convenient for the other places we visited on our stay”

Disliked: The pool area was dirty. The cushions were very dirty. It was hard to sit anywhere. The door to our room kept messing up and we couldn’t get in. This happened for two days out of the three nights we stayed there we did report it. The rooms were very small and there was no microwave to heat up your food for the cost of the room. We should’ve had a microwave as well. The breakfast meal only gave us one piece of toast and it was sliced in half most hotels when you get breakfast, you get at least two pieces of toast. We only have one piece of toast and it was unfulfilling. The dining area needs more light is very dull, looking and dark. The hotel itself on the outside is very beautiful but in the inside, something totally different. I was very, very disappointed with the pool area. I wanted to go up there twice. I brought two swimsuits just to take pictures, but because it was so dirty the cushions were stained very badly. I did not go back upstairs to enjoy the pool area. I did not get the full enjoyment of the hotel amenities. Thank you for the stay.
