Liked: Grounds were beautiful just like pictures. Breakfast was delicious.

Disliked: Sauna wasn’t working

Liked: Paradise in Urabamba. A little slice of heaven hidden from the crazy streets and hustle and bustle of the city.

Disliked: We loved everything. 🤩

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff, laundry service, very beatiful building with a nice garden. Good breakfast, spacy room, comfy beds. Staff helped us arrange transport with reasonable price, and we used the same driver for our day trips.

Disliked: A bit far from the center, but then again in a more peaceful neighborhood.

The breakfast is simple with very basic food for breakfast with good coffee. Very clean, but a bit away from restaurants about 15 min walk. The staff is very courteous and helpful.

Liked: We had a great time at Iorana, it was a really cozy base to come back to after a full day of exploring the Sacred Valley. The hospitality of the hosts was unparalleled, they made sure we had everything we needed and helped us organize private transportation/tours around the Valley. There was reliable hot water in the shower throughout our stay and the rooms had heating from 6pm onwards, ensuring we were able to get a good night’s rest. The breakfast was great, freshly made per table, according to guest wishes (warm bread, fruit, eggs, cheese, butter and jam, coffee/tea) and hot water/tea was available the whole day. The rooms are simple but with all the essentials and the WiFi worked really well. The beautiful landscaping and small animals in the gardens were an added bonus. Would stay here again if we return to the Valley.

Liked: The staff is very kind. Garden is beautiful to chill and relax Room is pretty big and everything was basic but clean

Disliked: The position is not really centrale but it’s quite near I think the price it’s a bit expensive for what the hotel looks like and the village position WiFi is really slow, sometimes it doesn’t work (just if someone needs to work and know how’s the WiFi there)

Liked: I loved the family feeling. Alejandro and his wife were so nice and the front desk was always helpful in setting up taxis and suggesting places to eat.

Disliked: This place was great all around!

Liked: The staff was very attentive. They asked us when we wanted breakfast and catered to us. The breakfast had the essentials like bread, coffee, tea, eggs, yogurt, cereal, etc. The beds were comfortable and the showers had enough hot water for 6 people. The place feels like an Airbnb, but with a host. Stephanie spoke a little English which helped. The location isn't right downtown, but is right off the main road that goes through Urubamba.
