Clean is where I want to be

I was lost on the way from the airport to this hotel, I was checking in on this morning at 2 am and went to the bed around 4:45 am. Because I was too tired and exhausted and didn’t hear my alarm. This morning I woke up at 11:45 am to shower and I didn’t see the time but when I saw it I was rushing to make another reservation on the same travel agency Agoda to pay my hotel fee for 2 more days. This supervisor was bringing her son and nocking my door and very rude and nasty attitude towards me and told me to leave asap. I was planning to book another 2 days but because of her unprofessional attitude and rude behavior and shocking treatment I felt like I went to the worst hotel in my life. Because I have been traveling for more than 20 countries and this is the first time I have been treated like this before and I thought that she had spoiled my whole vacation and planned to recommend to my friends or relatives and others had been gone. So I decided that just booked for today stay is enough and may the owner of this hotel teach her a good lesson not to bring her child to work because that’s unacceptable in other hotels and other places and other countries. She just damaged and ruined this hotel reputation totally. But I appreciate the night shift front desk staff was very kind, very nice and helpful to me and she should be rewarded for her service and I will always remember her as an excellent angel to a very tired customer. I had to book this as an emergency, so I had no other realistic option. The bed felt as it was made of a rock. I could hear every single door on my floor open and close. I could hear every single jet from LaGuardia taking off. And it did reek of cigarettes.

The Best hotel very clean

Liked: Room size is too small and rent is too much. Can’t even put luggage in the room. Bed is not queen size. Unable to understand how did they pass this size of room by govt

Early access made it even a greater experience

No hot water to shower with in the morning. Check in process seemed scammy - despite paying in advance, staff member kept thrusting a machine with an $85 charge on it to me "just to sign, no charge". Needless to say, I refused to sign it and it suddenly went away. Elevator out of order and does not look like it has been in service in a long time - all buttons removed. For the cost, a larger chain hotel would have been much nicer and I regret staying there entirely. Room poorly cleaned and missing shampoo (which I had to go down/up three flights to get). Very small rooms - a couple would be pressed to have room for two sets of luggage.
