“Very good”
Liked: The staff were all really friendly and despite my very limited Spanish I was able to get by just fine. I really like the room I was staying in which had a nice view of the lake, a really good sized room and was warm enough under the covers. The shower had hot water too even though the first time I used it it took a while to get warm, after that it was absolutely fine. Breakfast was nice too with a good selection
Disliked: I think if you're driving/have a car, the location is not so bad, but if you're not driving it's bit of a walk to the main part of the town (which I actually preferred for the exercise and he walk along the lake) and unlike the many dogs you see in the town square the dogs in the neighborhood are there for home protection and so can be quite aggressive with their barking and posturing (one jumped over it's fence to try and stop me from walking down the street lol), so if you're worried about that, not driving or willing to take taxis, this might be the only slight uncomfortability.

“Above average”
Liked: The walls are paper thin and you hear everything in the building. The price charged was more than booking but when I pointed it out after the they gave me the difference back, but blamed currency exchange rates (not so valid, but they resolved it in the end without dispute).
Disliked: It seems to be a pattern according to other reviews. Noisy neighbors and thin walls means not a lot of rest. Location is outside of town.

“Exceptional”
Liked: The staff was very supportive and friendly. The room was excellent with lakes' view, quiet, and during our 2 days, cleaning service was provided. We could park our rent car without cost. They offered us a change of money. The breakfast was very convenient.
Disliked: Nothing. Maybe the location is a bit far from the center, but it makes the place very relaxing with absolutely no noise. The taxi is cheap and they helped us every time to arrange them.

“Basic stay at the end of the town.”
Liked: The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Common areas and rooms.were clean. Nice garden in the backyard, where you could have a picnic or relax with friends for a glass of wine (or more).
Disliked: They should really invest in upgrading the bathrooms. They are clean, but you have the feeling they're old and dirty, because of cracks in the tiles, broken shower, stained foot towels,... Location - it's at one end of the town. No problem if you have a rented car, otherwise you will get to pay a big amount of money on taxis. Breakfast basic and unchanged.
