“Not Worth the Price”

We booked and paid for a Deluxe room, but the room we were initially given appeared to be a Standard room and looked nothing like the photos posted online. For around *** per night, this was extremely disappointing. What bothered us even more was that we had to complain before anything was done about it. It honestly made us wonder whether they assumed we simply wouldn’t complain, perhaps because we were a group of Filipinos. The photos online are very misleading compared with what we actually saw and experienced. At this price point, guests should receive the room category they booked and paid for without having to argue for it. Definitely not worth the money.

“Above average”

Liked: The hotel is in a very good location.

Disliked: I'm not sure what are the standards for France, but based on my experience, traveling in various countries and staying in a different hotels, I don't think that this would be a 4 starts hotel (no restaurant, no option for food ordering and no minibar)
