“Highly recommended”

Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful. We liked the grounds and restaurant area

Disliked: The only thing was the spotty WiFi when you’re away from the main office

“Mediocre”

Very small and simple room, nowhere to put your stuff. There was only one very bright light in the room, I asked for the bedside table lamp and never received it. Shower was okay, room clean enough, staff could have been more helpful. The restaurant was not bad, breakfast was nice. Only one hot tub was actually hot. The grounds are beautiful with the lush garden/jungle like surrounding, that was probably the best part about it. I would probably not go back there again.

“Acceptable”

Liked: Lovely scenery and peaceful.

Disliked: Staff weren’t the most helpful and quite abrupt. The language barrier was an issue. We made a simple request for extra pillows and the staff made it a big issue. The hotel is starting to look rundown and the facilities are getting outdated.
