“Excellent”
Liked: We had a wonderful stay! The hotel’s updated décor was fresh, comfortable, and inviting. Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of hot and cold foods, including eggs, sausage, fresh pastries and breads, fruit, yogurt, and plenty of hot coffee and tea. The location was also very convenient, with the train station just a three-minute walk away. I would happily stay here again!

“It’s okay”
The shower was a dribble but luckily hot. The carpet was rough and has old spillages obvious to the eye. The staff are friendly though, nice touch with the water machine. But for the price paid and what we got little of wasn’t helpful. I would use my money to get a better room and shower. Location is good for trains and into the city.

“Very nice stay in nice location as well as helpful friendly staff.”
Liked: Location, style, balcony, breakfast, walkability, hotel staff.
Disliked: Some stains on bedroom carpet that looked like it may have been from coffee.

“Above average”
Disliked: I didnt like how small the room was. it was so hard to walk around in the room. It was literally a bed with a few inches of walking around the edges. We barely had room for our suitcases.

“Very good location. An older lady at reception was FABULOUS checking me in the first night made a great recommendation”
Liked: Everything.
Disliked: The cleaning lady came in my room when I had the privacy thing hanging on the door. She knocked and I didn’t answer and she came right in. She brought in a scale to the bathroom b/c they had forgotten to leave on in there or it had been broken or something but when you hang the privacy thing on the door, you don’t expect ANYONE to just use their key to get in. Everything else was great but I did let the front desk know that it happened and they apologized.
