Hotel Lilienhof

Liked: Nothing that makes it worth it.

Disliked: Okay guys im not kidding, in no circumstances should you stay here, I’ve traveled everywhere and stayed in many places, and I’m not a person that requires much, I have never stayed somewhere so bad. There’s bed bugs, cockroaches, the rooms and bathrooms aren’t clean and smell like sewage. I had to move rooms three times and the only reason I stayed was because it costed me almost 500 dollars and they refused to refund me “we don’t do refunds” crazy. My mental health was at all time low, I kid you. Currently trying to figure out how to report this place to the proper German authorities, shut this place down.

Liked: All the staff, all the people who worked at the desk were so nice and friendly, spoke both English and German with no qualms. Perfect location if you're looking to be extremely close to the city center and right next to the main train/bus station. I came in late and left super early and had no worry since it was a two minute walk to the train station. Multiple ponds and lakes are just about ten/fifteen minutes away. The State Opera is just fifteen minutes walking. It is in the city center, so it is lively and busy at night, the noise is as one would expect in that area, but inside its quite pleasantly quiet. Good for solo travelers who are looking a quick, cheap, one stop stay.

Disliked: Wasn't the cleanest place. The sheets, towels, and sink all seemed like they were cleaned recently (i.e. before my stay), but nothing else really was, there was a stuffy nature to the room. Only one outlet worked, the rest were pulled out of the wall. Only one light in my room worked. All of these things really weren't a huge problem as I was only staying for the night and paid next to nothing (hotel wise). A bit of a you get what you paid for scenario.

Centrico pero un poco incomoda la habitacion.

Sehr desolat, sehr laut, Bett nicht frischbezogen, Waschbecken ohne Abfluß, Dusche Toilette auf dem Flur. Nur für Gestrandete zu empfehlen.

Dirty hotel and low facility. Moreover, heater is not so good. The room is so cold, so don’t select this hotel.

Odalar tamamen bir facia kesinlikle bir kuruşunu hak etmeyen yer sigara içilmeyen oda diye isaretlediğim odadan sigaranin duvarlara kadar sindiği kokudan uyuyamadım.oda ısınmıyor bir minicik kalorifer var asla odayı ısıtmıyor aşla temiz değil odanın köşelerinde ölmüş böcekler var içerisinde tuvaleti yok bulunan duş bildiğimiz pislik içinde.ortak tuvaletler sürekli pis ve ilgisiz.resepsiyonda ingilizce anlayan kimse yok.odanızın duvarı kırık rutubetten nemli olabilir.inanılmaz eski pis ötesi bir tane minik havlu vermişler oda yüz havlusu asla sabun bile olduğunu düşünmeyin.geçirdiğim iki gece oda spreyi sıkmaktan odanın pis kokusu geçsin diye uyuyamadim.konum dışında tamamen kabus doluydu

Liked: I like the approximate close to Hamburg station

Disliked: The room was in terrible condition. It needed to be fixed.
