“Great place to stay”
Liked: Clean and comfortable, good location, close to Takamatsu train station. Modern furnishings
Disliked: The self service laundry (specifically the dryer use) was expensive compared to other self service laundry.

“A comfortable hotel with a good location and well-equipped facilities.”
I stayed here on a business trip. The hotel is close to the station, so access was very smooth and convenient. There’s a udon shop about a 5-minute walk away that’s open from early morning, so I didn’t have any trouble for breakfast. Also, there’s a microwave in the room, which was handy for late-night meals or reheating food, so I was comfortable during my stay. I’d definitely like to use this hotel again on future business trips.

Location was about a 10 minute walk from Takamatsu Station. There was a small supermarket nearby which makes up for the lack of convenience stores nearby.

“It was a clean and comfortable hotel close to the station!”
The location was very convenient from the station, and the room felt clean and comfortable. Since it was a non-smoking room, the air was fresh. The staff were polite and attentive, and I’d like to stay here again. Thank you very much!

“Business hotel purpose”
The room was too small. During a group trip, two of us shared one room. The bed was about the size of a super single — it would be very uncomfortable unless you’re a woman. It would be perfect for someone traveling alone on business. Cleanliness was good, but it was far too small for two people. It’s not far from Takamatsu Port — about a 15-minute walk.

“The layout is unusual, but surprisingly comfortable to live in.”
An unusual layout — when you enter the room you can see three doors: one to the toilet, one to the bathroom, and one to the bedroom. The room even has a washing machine and a microwave, which was a pleasant surprise. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area; although the fixtures and decor feel a bit dated, it was surprisingly comfortable to stay in. The only downside is there aren’t many shops nearby, so you have to walk to Hyogocho Shopping Street to buy food or other items.

“Convenient location, clean bathroom, comfortable accommodation experience.”
Overall the stay was satisfying. The location is convenient, cleanliness was well maintained, and the quality of service was reassuring. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was tidy and the hot water supply was satisfactory, making use of it comfortable and natural. The facilities and services were practical overall, and combined with reasonable value for money, this is an accommodation worth considering.

“As expected.”
This hotel is reliable and calming. Takamatsu Station and a supermarket were close by. The parking beside the hotel seemed to be first-come, first-served. There were also several coin-operated parking lots nearby. The front desk will give you a form. The unit bath was spacious and comfortable to use. It was also nice to have a microwave in the room. No matter which prefecture I go to, I usually choose LiVEMAX — I like the prices and the room features that much.
