La atención del personal exquisita, limpieza excelente, la ubicación inmejorable y lo más destacado el desayuno. ESPECTACULAR desayuno. Nos pasamos 4 días geniales, gracias por el lunch que nos prepararon para ir a Auschwitz.

“Excellent”
Liked: The location was great. In the jewish district. A lot of nice cafes and restaurants around. Hotel was great and room was clean, bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The pillows were not comfortable, but not a big deal for me. The only concern I had that the main door was locked after 12am. You have to ring the bell and wait the receptionist to open the main door for you.

“Tried it once and won't try it again”
Liked: there is elevator, the location, the cleanness
Disliked: we faced several problems once we arrived. First, they gave us a room where the AC was not cooling and the receptionist instead of fixing the problem, said that it's cold enough for her. secondly, my room had a problem in the AC too as it was leaking water and the toilet fan wasn't working, also I informed the reception and didn't solve the problem. Thirdly, I didn't like that the parking area is far from the hotel about 13 min walk.. also the parking near the hotel is not available for the hotel guests during weekends as it's for the local residents only

“I would stay at this property again and highly recommend it.”
Liked: Beautiful property. Everything was perfect. Location is central to many different attractions.
Disliked: The WiFi was spotty making it difficult to arrange transport for the next day. Need amplifiers or something.
