Hotel Mediterraneo Siracusa by Finderoom

Liked: Location

Disliked: Everithing

Liked: Nice location, breakfast (it's very limited, but it contains main positions), refrigerator, hair dryer, very calm, cleaning was every day, nice helpful people on reception

Disliked: I was travelling with old parents and was selecting ONLY between hotels with elevator. There is an elevator in hotel, but it never works. There is a terrible very inconvenient stairs which are very difficult for old people. If you travel with old people, avoid this hotel.

Liked: We appreciated that the rooms were tidy, and the location was excellent too.

Disliked: I’d like to share some feedback from my recent stay. We faced an issue with the late check-in fee of 25 euros despite being only 1 hour and 10 minutes delayed. It would have been helpful if the staff were more understanding. I also received several calls about the payment before we arrived, which added to our stress since I was unfamiliar with the area. Upon arrival, the receptionist was accommodating, which I appreciated. Additionally, breakfast was quite basic, the hotel stairs were steep, and the mattress was uncomfortable, resulting in some back pain. Addressing these points could enhance the guest experience. Thank you for considering my feedback!

The staff is rude, I was not able to make check-in and they refused after I contacted them, gladly agoda team supported me. Don't come here they are rude and Don't listen to their clients

Liked: Good for a one night stay

Disliked: Decor so so and no lift

This is quite a decent hotel for a short stay, considering the options in the area. If you’re used to more luxurious hotels, then this might disappoint We were able to drop off our luggage in the morning and then explore the area. We got the family room which was very spacious. Aircon works well and the bed was so-so.

Room was comfy, WiFi was rubbish, front desk not manned much, breakfast was average
